20+ years across PPC, SEO, gambling, crypto, and SaaS. Each industry taught a different lesson about growth. Gambling taught speed - if you can't measure ROI within hours, you're already losing. Crypto taught trust - when the market moves faster than your reporting, you need systems that don't depend on human attention. SaaS taught compounding - the businesses that win aren't spending more, they're retaining better and expanding smarter.
The through-line across all of them: tactics without diagnosis is waste. The companies that won weren't the ones with the biggest budgets - they were the ones that understood what was broken before trying to fix it. After watching the same pattern repeat across industries and company sizes, I built RECON to systematize that understanding.
Why I Built This
Every engagement started the same way. A company would hire for "growth" and expect a media plan by Friday. But the tracking was broken, the funnel leaked at three stages, and nobody could tell me which customers were actually profitable. So I'd spend the first month doing the diagnostic work that should have happened before any budget was set. RECON is that diagnostic - structured so any team can run it themselves, without hiring someone to tell them what they should already know about their own business.
